Cyprus Investment Programme major requirements

  1. Real Estate Investment
    • Invest a total of €2 million in residential properties for a minimum period of 5 years. The main investment may be sold after five years.
  2. Donations
    • Invest a total of €2 million in residential properties fPayment of an aggregate of €150,000 to Cyprus Land Development Corporation and other Public Organizations or Funds. or a minimum period of 5 years. The main investment may be sold after five years.
    • Applicants must hold a valid Schengen visa.
  3. Clean criminal record
    • Clean criminal record and background from the county of origin, the country of residence and a clean due diligence report on adult applicants.
  4. After 5 years
    • The main investment may be sold after five years but a real estate of minimum value of €500,000 is required as your main residential address to hold the Citizenship.
